Speed and Power Development
Camps are designed
for male and female
athletes of all ages.
The camps expose the
athlete to “evolutionary”
training techniques
and drills to optimize
sports performance
and reduce injury
potential. Dynamic
warm-up, speed development,
lateral speed and
agility, plyometrics,
stability training,
mental fitness and
core strength will
be taught in six (6)
stations by qualified
professional trainers
using a “learn
by doing” format.

for teachers, coaches
and trainers of all
levels. This seminar
will introduce the
participant to “state
of the art”
training techniques
and drills to optimize
sports performance
and reduce injury
potential. Training
theory, periodization
testing and program
design will be presented
in multimedia style.
Units of training
including dynamic
warm-up, speed development,
lateral speed and
agility, plyometrics,
freeweight training
, stability training
and core strength
will be demonstrated
using a “learn
by doing” format.
